  • Maura has worked on the senior leadership team at InCite Performance Group since 2014 and at Lacher insurance since 1997. She also works as an advisor at IPG, helping other insurance agencies to optimize their performance. At ICM, she works closely with accounting and manages bank relationships and capital accounts.

  • Tim has provided strategic advisory services to insurance agencies since 2005 and previously worked as a senior banker at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers where he advised financial institutions on corporate finance. He is ICM’s Chief Investment Officer.

  • Chad is Partner and CEO at Lacher & Associates. Chad is also a Partner at Attentive Health, LLC an organization partnering with businesses to achieve healthcare cost containment and condition management.

  • As the CEO of InCite Performance Group since 2009, Larry has been passionately helping insurance agency businesses accomplish what they don’t know is possible. Larry has authored three books on leadership and personal branding: Leading Performance… Because It Can’t Be Managed , Brand Aid , and Make the Noise Go Away

  • Max has worked for InCite Performance Group since 2016, where he is a Partner and the Director of Client Engagement. He has responsibility for overseeing ICM fund administration, takes an active role in agency relations and has day-to-day responsibility for investor communications.
